Frequently asked questions
Products & research
What are research peptides?
Short chains of amino acids made synthetically for laboratory work: cell and tissue studies, assay development, analytical reference and similar in-vitro or preclinical research. They are chemicals for experiments, not medicines.
Can these products be used in people or animals?
No. Everything we sell is for laboratory research use only. Our products aren't medicines, supplements or cosmetics, and must not be taken, injected or applied to people or animals. We don't give dosing or treatment advice, and nothing on this site is a medical claim.
Who can buy from you?
Adults aged 18 or over buying for lawful research. It's up to you to check that buying, importing and holding a product is legal where you are.
What form do the products come in?
Most peptides are supplied as a lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in a sealed vial. Each product page lists its form and the strengths available.
How should vials be stored?
Lyophilised peptides generally keep best cold, dry and away from light, with a freezer preferred for long-term storage. Once reconstituted, solutions are usually refrigerated and used within a limited period. Always follow the storage conditions on the label.
Can you help with reconstitution maths?
Our peptide calculator works out concentration from vial strength and diluent volume. It does lab-prep arithmetic only; it is not dosing guidance.
Orders & shipping
How much does shipping cost?
You choose a carrier at checkout. Australia Post Express (Australia only): A$20 flat, free on orders over A$300. DHL Express (Australia and worldwide): A$35 flat, free on orders over A$300. Free-shipping thresholds apply to the order subtotal before multi-buy discounts. Full details are on our shipping page.
When will my order be dispatched?
All products are on pre-order while stock arrives. Orders are expected to be dispatched within 2 to 3 weeks. You pay at checkout and can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund.
How long does delivery take?
Australia Post Express (Australia only): 3–5 business days. DHL Express (Australia and worldwide): typically by end of day on the next possible business day. Delivery times count from dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees. They vary by destination, and customs clearance can add time to international orders.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes. DHL Express delivers worldwide for A$35, free on orders over A$300. Australia Post Express is for Australian addresses only. Import rules vary by country: you're responsible for making sure your order can be lawfully imported, and for any duties or taxes charged on arrival.
How do I track my order?
We email you the tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Enter it on our tracking page to see the live status with the carrier, or email us if you can't find it.
Payments & pricing
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through our payment partner's secure checkout. Your card details go to the payment partner, not to us, and we never store your full card number.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). No GST is charged.
Do you offer multi-buy discounts?
Yes, mix and match: every vial in your cart counts, whatever the product, and the discount applies to all of them: 2+ vials 5% off, 3+ vials 10% off, 5+ vials 20% off, 10+ vials 25% off. Only the highest tier you reach applies. Bacteriostatic water doesn't count towards the tiers and isn't discounted.
Can I order larger quantities?
For quantities beyond our multi-buy tiers, email [email protected] with the products and amounts you need and we'll let you know what we can do.
Quality & COAs
What is a certificate of analysis (COA)?
A laboratory report on a sample from one lot. It usually states what was tested (for example identity, purity or content), the methods used, the results and the test date. A COA describes that lot only.
Where can I find the COA for my product?
Enter the product name or report number on the verify page, or browse the COA vault. Each product has a certificate page; if no report has been published for it yet, the page says so.
Who issues your test reports?
The reports we publish are supplier-provided LC-MS reports issued by TJQXGD. The issuer states that neither it nor its partner laboratory holds CMA/CNAS accreditation. Each report is on its product's certificate page with the issuer's verification link, and we add more as we receive them.
What purity are your peptides?
We only publish purity figures that appear on a test report. Check the certificate page for your product and strength rather than relying on a headline number.
Returns & refunds
Can I return an order?
We don't accept change-of-mind returns. If something arrives faulty, damaged, wrong or not as described, the Australian Consumer Law gives you rights to a remedy that no store policy can take away, and we'll put it right. See our returns policy.
My parcel arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the outer box, the inner packaging and any affected vials. Please keep the packaging until we've sorted it out.
How are refunds paid?
Refunds go back to your original payment method. We process approved refunds within 5 business days; how long it then takes to reach your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Accounts & privacy
Do I need an account to order?
No. Checkout only asks for your email and delivery details. Customer accounts are coming soon.
How do you handle my personal information?
We collect only what we need to process and deliver your order and to answer your questions. Our privacy policy explains what we collect, who we share it with and how to access or correct it.
No questions match that search. Try a shorter word, or email [email protected].
Still have a question?
Email us and a real person will reply. We reply within 24 hours on business days. Support hours: Monday to Friday, business hours (Sydney time, AEST/AEDT).
