About Sermorelin Acetate
Sermorelin is the acetate salt of GRF (1-29) NH2, a synthetic peptide matching the first 29 amino acids of human growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH).
Natural GHRH has 44 amino acids, but the first 29 are enough for full activity at the GHRH receptor on the pituitary cells that make growth hormone, which makes GRF (1-29) the shortest fully active fragment. Sermorelin carries no modifications to extend its half-life, so it is broken down quickly. It is often compared with longer-acting GHRH analogues such as CJC-1295 and tesamorelin, and is used in laboratory research on GHRH-receptor signalling and the regulation of growth-hormone release.
Form and storage

2Lyophilised peptides in transit
Freeze-dried peptides travel as a dry solid in a sealed vial, which is far more robust than a solution. When the parcel arrives, move the vials to cold storage, away from light and moisture.
Frequently asked
Why does the vial look almost empty?
A few milligrams of freeze-dried peptide is a very small amount of solid. It often dries as a thin film or small cake on the base or wall of the vial, which is easy to miss. It dissolves once the vial is reconstituted.
Is bacteriostatic water included?
No. Diluent is sold separately, and the peptide calculator works out concentration and draw volume for the amount of water you add.
