These terms cover your use of our website and any order you place with us. Please read them before you buy.

  3. 1.3These terms apply to certifiedresearchpeptides.com and to every order placed through it.

2. Using this website

  1. 2.1By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
  2. 2.2You must be 18 or older to place an order.
  3. 2.3We may update these terms to reflect changes in our products, practices, providers, or the law. The current version and effective date appear on this page. Changes apply to orders placed on or after publication; they do not retrospectively alter an accepted order unless required by law or agreed with you.
  4. 2.4Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for anything unlawful.

3. Research use only

  1. 3.1Our products are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not medicines, food, supplements or cosmetics, and must not be used in or on people or animals.
  2. 3.2By ordering, you confirm that you're buying for lawful research, that the products will be handled by people qualified to do so, and that you won't supply them to anyone for human or veterinary use.
  3. 3.3You're responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you when buying, importing, storing, using and disposing of the products.
  4. 3.4Information on this site is general research reference material. It isn't medical advice, and we don't give dosing advice.

4. Orders, prices and payment

  1. 4.1Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). No GST is charged.
  2. 4.2Mix-and-match multi-buy discounts (2+ vials 5% off, 3+ vials 10% off, 5+ vials 20% off, 10+ vials 25% off) count every vial in the order, excluding bacteriostatic water, and are calculated at checkout.
  3. 4.3Payment is taken by our payment partner through its secure checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  4. 4.4Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract is formed, when your payment succeeds and we email your order confirmation.
  5. 4.5We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is obviously wrong, or we believe the order breaches section 3. If we do, we'll refund anything you've paid in full.

5. Shipping and delivery

  1. 5.1Carriers, rates, free-shipping thresholds and dispatch times are set out on our shipping page.
  2. 5.2Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Ownership passes to you once we receive payment in full; risk passes when the order is delivered to your delivery address. If the carrier confirms a parcel lost, we will reship the order or refund it, at our option.
  3. 5.3For orders delivered outside Australia, you're the importer: you're responsible for checking that the products can be lawfully imported and for any duties, taxes or charges on arrival.

6. Returns and your consumer rights

  1. 6.1Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
  2. 6.2We don't accept change-of-mind returns. That doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, wrong or not as described.
  3. 6.3Our returns policy explains how to report a problem and ask for a repair, replacement or refund.

7. Liability

  1. 7.1To the extent the law allows, and apart from rights that can't be excluded (including under the Australian Consumer Law), we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products.
  2. 7.2Where the law allows us to limit our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding their price.
  3. 7.3You're responsible for any loss caused by using our products in a way these terms don't allow.

8. Intellectual property

  1. 8.1The content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or reuse it without our written permission.

9. Governing law and disputes

  1. 9.1These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Certified Research Peptides submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts and courts hearing appeals from them. If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it is read down or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue.
  2. 9.2Despite the previous clause, for orders shipped to an address outside Australia (for example, in the USA), these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and you and Certified Research Peptides submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts and courts hearing appeals from them. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
  3. 9.3If something goes wrong, please email [email protected] first. Most problems can be sorted out quickly.
